Last plenary session for the European delegates after 4 years , the new designations for the country delegations will take place in December

Thomas Buberl, after presenting the Group's quarterly results, an update on Ambition 2020 and his AHEAD project, lent himself to the game of prepared or spontaneous questions from elected representatives on these 3 topics.
The President's answers informed the proceedings but the debate widened to important social issues in some countries. The representatives officials took the opportunity to raise malfunctions, especially in Belgium (see below the intervention of Yannick Daubleu), in Ireland or in Poland .. Thomas Buberl declared that points will be made with the local management for address all these topics.

Astrid Stange (Group Operations Director as of December 1st) has made a progress report on the Group's transformation through innovation to meet the needs of customers. It will rely on a team to improve IT sharing, security, purchasing and data processing.

Finally, Godefroy de Colombe (Direct Insurance France, TAVT in Belgium and Axa Direct in Poland) presented his new organizational model of decentralizing and bringing local expertise and management closer together.
