HRIS project strategy

Olga Kravchenko presents the ambitions and strategy of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) project within the AXA Group. The project aims to simplify and modernise the information system to meet the expectations of employees and HR teams, in line with market developments. Major investments have been approved to support this initiative. The design phase focuses on the user experience and the transformation of HR processes, with particular attention paid to listening to users.

Results of operation Shareplan 2023.

Jean-Baptiste Rousseau presents the results of operation Shareplan 2023. This shareholding operation, which has been in place for 30 years, offers employees the opportunity to invest in the company on advantageous terms and to play an active part in the life of the company. In 2023, three new countries joined the scope of the Shareplan. Communication efforts were undertaken, notably with a redesign of the website dedicated to employee share ownership and a simplification of messages. For 2024, the Group aims to expand the subscriber base, while paying particular attention to employees with more limited investment capacity.

Progress report on the living wage

Ombline de Tessière reminds us of the importance of the living wage in the post-Covid period, when inflation remains high. AXA is committed to paying all its employees at least a living wage by 2030, in partnership with Business for Inclusive Growth. A living wage is a level of remuneration that meets the basic needs of employees and their families, above and beyond the legal minimum wage. This approach is part of the Group's Fair Pay strategy, which also encompasses initiatives on health, well-being, benefits and career development. AXA's commitment is to pay its employees a living wage, enabling everyone, wherever they are based, to live in dignity.

Evolution of the PULSE survey

Kirsty Lievers presents the changes to AXA's internal survey for measuring employee experience. The survey has been adjusted to better reflect the Group's new "Care & Dare" strategy. The changes relate to the frequency of the survey, which will be increased to three annual surveys, and questions on well-being at work and psychological safety have been added. The rating scale has also been changed from 1 to 5, to bring it more into line with competitors' practices. The addition of questions on the pressure felt at certain workstations was also discussed, as well as the extension of the scope of the survey to companies belonging to AXA but not bearing its brand name. The aim of these adjustments is to gain a better understanding of employee expectations and to improve management culture.
