Koen Hermans opened this Bureau meeting, which will be partly dedicated to the AXA IM entity, following the announcement of the disposal of the Group's asset management activities to BNP Paribas. He explained that the social aspects of this project began in September with the launch of the information and consultation process within the various bodies concerned in the various countries.
Koen HERMANS stressed the importance of transparent social dialogue, which is vital to the success of this major transition.
A holistic and detailed understanding of the project is key forthe members of the EWC are to play their full role with all the stakeholders.

AXA IM: Presentation of the proposed sale of AXA IM to BNP Paribas
Marco Morelli and Frédéric Clement presented the proposed sale of AXA IM to the members of the secretariat. Among the points discussed were the strategic challenges, the company's position in the European market and internationally, the development of innovative products and services, the creation of a new entity and new governance.
The CEO of AXA IM and the Head of Human Resources confirmed the implementation of a human resources management plan to support the changes, with a focus on internal mobility, training and social dialogue with staff representatives.
The impact on the workforce and the organisational structure were at the heart of the discussions during the question and answer session that followed the speakers' presentations.
Inclusion survey: Presentation of results
Marine Palies presented the results of the Group's latest Inclusion survey, which included an adjustment to the questions but also an alignment with Pulse.
The participation rate is up, enabling us to learn lessons about equal opportunities, non-inclusive behaviour and the role of the manager in promoting diversity and inclusion.
