Lionel Julien, Director of Social Relations Group, and in charge of the social part of the Ahead project, presented to the members of the Secretariat, the project started last May concerning the transformation of the Governance of the Group and its impacts on the GIE, the Global Lines and the EMEA region and LATAM.

Julie Scott, Director of this project, detailed the guiding principles of this transformation and the new model chosen to empower the entities. She explained the steps involved in implementing and managing the redeployment of employees affected by job cuts. The agreements, in particular the European agreement on the anticipation of the changes, signed by EWC in 2011 , will be points of support for the social management of this file.

Lionel Jullien then presented the update of the AXA Group Code of Ethics and Compliance.
