Bureau meeting on October 24 in Paris

On 24 October, the EWC Bureau met for its monthly meeting in Paris.

These are three important topics that were presented to us by the Group Executive today. Doina Palici-Chehab (chairman of AXA CS, Matrix and Art, and in charge of the integration of XL) and Matthieu Caillat, CEO of AXA CS France, came to us to make an update about the integration of XL in the AXA Group, and more specifically its merger with AXA Corporate Solutions, AXA Art and AXA Matrix. Andrea Rossi, CEO of AIM and Amélie Watelet, HR Director of AIM, then came to update us on the current reorganization, and the voluntary departure plan that has just been signed with employee's representatives. Finally, Gilbert Chahine, CEO of AXA Partners, gave us an update on the company's strategy.
