Bureau meeting on 15 February 2023
23.03.2023
After the welcome of AXA's European delegates by Koen Hermans, head of group social relations, and Hedi ben Sedrine, secretary of the AXA EWC, the first speaker took the floor for a morning devoted to Shareplan 2022, the group's health program and the AXA Research Fund.
Presentation of the results of the Shareplan 2022 operation
Ombline de Tessières, Director of Compensation and International Mobility, and Florence Gais, Head of LTI and Shareholding Plan Management, present the results of the Shareplan 2022.
This annual operation proposed to AXA employees consists of an offer to invest in AXA's capital with or without a guarantee of the capital invested. For the year 2022, a new formula called "Garantie Plus" has been introduced, with a minimum annual return of 3%. The Management Committee is closely monitoring the results of this operation, which are quite positive and should offer a good compromise between gains and capital guarantee, while covering the different risk profiles. Although the economic context is difficult, the group seeks to preserve its employees' savings, and a communication effort is needed to explain the advantages of the new formula.
Update on the Healthy You Programme
Presentation of the AXA Research Fund
Sara Gori, Head of Reputation Risk, presents the AXA Research Fund, created in 2008 to understand risks related to society, the environment, health and socio-economic issues.
The Fund has financed 700 projects in 38 countries and operates in three areas, notably by financing projects for young post-doctoral students and joint projects between researchers and AXA entities. It has also funded 16 university chairs around the world on various themes. The Fund also publishes annual reports and targeted studies to understand societal transformations. These documents are publicly available on the Group's website.
