The AXA EWC on the European Committee of the Ferrero Group

On 17 May, the AXA EWC was invited to take part in a training session organised by the Ferrero Group's European Works Council.

The session was organised by Sindnova, a not-for-profit association which for forty years has been dedicated to research, training and information with the aim of deepening and promoting the culture and tools of worker participation in companies. The theme of the session was "Jobs of the future: what recovery for Europe? Daniel Folgado, treasurer of the AXA EWC, presented the experience of the AXA Group's European Works Council: origin, composition, type of agreements, specific working groups. The AXA EWC was cited as an example for its work on digital adaptation, the agreement on anticipation of change and pandemic management.

Questions from participants focused mainly on how change is managed, especially teleworking, robotisation, the application of artificial intelligence, outsourcing and the right to disconnect within the AXA Group, from the EWC's point of view.
