2020, 2nd half-year joint meetings

The articulation meetings in the second half of the year continue to be held remotely due to the sanitary situation. These meetings provide an opportunity to exchange views with each delegation ahead of the November plenary meeting. On the agenda of the 2nd half-year:
- The departure of Jean-Christophe Sciberras and the arrival of the new Group Employee Relations team, Koen Hermans and Elodie Batout-Badaire,
- A follow-up of the sale of the CEEC entities
- An update on COVID meetings with Group Management
- The 2021 EWC meeting schedule
- The closing of the 2019 accounts and the vote of discharge to the Treasurer
- The presentation of the new EWC website
- Preparing for the November plenary meeting

Joint meeting with the Central and Eastern European Countries:
On September 24, 2020, Hedi ben Sedrine, secretary of the EWC, Patricia Nunez, deputy secretary, and Pascale Rauline, in charge of the CEEC and Social Dialogue, met with the Czech and Polish delegates.
The joint meeting with the Spanish members of the EWC and the local representatives took on September 29, 2020.
