Richard Mawet’s departure

Richard Mawet, employees representatives  in the Belgian delegation for the EWC , announced his departure at the meeting of 11 May in Brussels. Olivier Pelras has welcomed his involvement in this Committee for many years and thanked him on behalf of the EWC members.

Susan Byrne’s retirement

Susan Byrne, who has been Irish delegates in AXA EWC for many years, has decided to retire. During their visit to AXA Ireland, Olivier Pelras and Hedi Ben Sedrine thanked him on behalf of all the members of the CEG for the work accomplished in EWC and his contribution to the improvement of the Social Dialogue in Ireland.



Retirement of Stephen Gooden

That was the last session for Stephen. Olivier PELRAS and Lionel JULLIEN thanked him on behalf of the employee’s representatives and the management for all he contributed to the EWC. His friendship, his effective presence and his remarkable work to develop social dialogue in the CEEC

The EWC celebrated 20 years of existence

evet1On 23 November 2016, in the atrium of AXA’s corporate headquarters, the EWC celebrated 20 years of existence.
All the members of European Works Council currently in charge of the forum, together with many illustrious former members, gathered around Thomas Buberl and Henri de Castries to commemorate this event.
